Some people are born to just do what they will always do best, and that describes Jenny. Instead of a carriage or stroller, she was atop her first horse as an infant, and the experience took. The daughter of successful horse trainers, Wayne and Judy Jordan, Jenny realized the magic of being a horsewoman before she could crawl. Showing and succeeding in major competitions throughout her teen years Jenny was committed from day one.
Now she shares her experiences and talents with the student clients of Robin Frid Show Horses. An accomplished competitor with numerous championship awards, Jenny revels in teaching, training and bringing the entire “package” of competition to fruition. From the right show outfit to the rigorous repetition of training and the reinforcement of the efficient tutelage of her husband Robin, Jenny assists in making certain all clients are prepared and ready to compete.
Her true focus and dedication is, and has always been, to the clients of Robin Frid Show Horses.
A native of Nebraska, Jenny pursued her dreams of showing and competing through her mid-teens and then decided to focus on college and a business career. The ability to keep horses as her inner passion while maintaining business as her accelerator, she soon developed the best of both worlds. Completing a marketing and communications degree at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, Jenny took the dedication, respect and can do attitude she learned from being responsible for her first horse and tackled the business world.
With a finesse reminiscent of the show ring, Jenny has managed to meld two worlds into one. Passion, love and respect for teaching show horse clients and allowing them to grow under her and Robin’s guidance as well as the ability to work as a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty where she specializes in first time home buyers, residential and ranch properties. All of this makes Jenny a very special breed.
Her true focus and dedication is, and has always been, to the clients of Robin Frid Show Horses. As an integral and vital part of each client’s training program, Jenny ‘s gift is to keep emotions and expectations on track while providing true assessments, encouragement and sometimes, the hard truth of competition. Positive encouragement, reinforcement of inner strength and honest work are her trademarks. Owning up and overcoming challenges to what needs to be done to succeed, her constant belief.
Her most exciting and proud moments are the results in the show ring by clients both she and Robin consider family.
Jenny brings a different perspective to each client and complements the total training program with the finer elements that make a champion; however, she is always on point in what matters the most. Never a wallflower she is as straightforward and politely direct as her husband, Robin, particularly when it comes to realizing a client’s goals.
Her passion for teaching clients knows no bounds. While many things may make her tick, she is most alive when working with clients and their horses and creating success.
For Jenny, it is not a choice of two worlds. It is the privilege to live two dreams. Her most exciting and proud moments are the results in the show ring by clients both she and Robin consider family. No amount of money, business deals or corporate titles mean more to her than the accomplishments of a student client in the arena. Her pride and her blessing are two-fold; love of horses and love of her client “family” success. Strong grace, indeed.
